Our Elite player profile grid and advanced profile management system are the industry leading standard in college athletic recruiting. Each student-athlete will be posted to our player profile grid where our Elite network of coaches will be able to view all your profiles. Within each individual profile the key elements of recruiting, which include athletic information, academic background, scouting reports and strength & conditioning data, will be shown. Your profile will be a dynamic page where your best attributes will be displayed.

The main component of your profile and the recruiting process for European student-athletes is the highlight video. This video will be the main reference point for college coaches to visibly assess your skill levels and mark interest. For this reason, having a professional and impactful highlight video is crucial for a successful recruitment. We will ask you to send us individual clips, match highlight and full game footages in order for our team to create a professional highlight video for you.

As mentioned before, the US athletic system loves statistics. Numbers are recorded for every single aspect of your sport you can think of. Especially when recruiting coaches use individual and team statistics to assess athletes and their respective skill level. That's why we are customising our placement strategy to incorporate individual statistics reports for every student-athlete (if applicable). For example, for a soccer student-athlete we would showcase game statistics like xG, xA, % of successful actions, % of duels won etc.

Similarly to the scouting report we will implement a strength & conditioning tab in your profile for coaches to view your individual metrics tailored to your specific sport. Every single college sport in the USA relies heavily on overall athletic ability, more than in Europe. This is why we will be working with you and providing a personalised strength & conditioning plan made by our Elite athletic coaches for you to be in top shape and hit the ground running when you arrive in the USA. The coaches will then be able to assess your athletic ability through your individual profile.

Over the last 5 years we have been building relationships with coaches from some of the best academic and athletic universities in the United States. We tailor our recruitment criteria based on the specific demands that the coaches put forward. Hence, this allows for a bidirectional and targeted method of recruiting. Once you are part of Elite Scholarships family, you will have access to our elite network of coaches, given that your specific profile and skills match what the coaches are looking for.

One of the most important hurdles to overcome is receiving your academic and athletic eligibility from the NCAA. There are strict guidelines that you need to fulfil do be able to compete within the NCAA divisions. You can find more specific information on this page. We will assist you with any questions you have while registering at the NCAA Eligibility Center. You will be asked to upload your transcripts and input information on your athletic background. With this the NCAA will derive your eligibility to compete, practice and receive scholarships.

Even though if you already received an official roster spot or signed an NLI you will most likely still be asked to fill out an application for university admissions. This process can include writing motivational essays, providing transcripts and test scores and filling out various administrative forms. Rest assured that we will also assist you with this small hurdle to ensure that there are no complications going forward in receiving your official letter of study and preparations for your visa can get going swiftly.

After successfully receiving your study offer you will have to apply for a student F1-Visa at your local United States Embassy. You will be receiving an I-20 form from your institution. This is one of the most important visa documentation that shows proof of your student status. The entire visa application process can be very confusing and difficult at times, however we are going to provide step for step guidance on how to receive your visa quickly and hopefully in time for your departure to the United States!

If you are thinking about transferring programs, we will assist you free of charge (not like other agencies!) in order for to find a better place to study and compete at. Reasons for wanting to transfer vary widely. These include but are not limited to having limited playing time, being unhappy with the university or coach, receiving limited scholarship funds, looking for a higher challenge or even wanting to pursue a graduate degree.

College athletics in the USA can be very different to your sport at home. Through our accumulated expertise we have a found understanding of the athletic level and demands and will guide you through any ups and downs throughout your season. We will always be watching you and cheering you on from the sideline and always available to talk or to provide feedback.

We will check in with you periodically to make sure you are adjusting well to the rigorous academic demands. You will have amazing academic resources exclusively available to you as student-athletes, hence it is always best to be in contact with your coaches or academic supervisors if you have any immediate queries. That being said, we will of course, like with any other topic, be available to assist at any time.
