About Elite Scholarships
Elite Scholarships is a Europe-based elite student-athlete recruiting agency that aims to guide European student-athletes that possess extraordinary academic and/or athletic abilities in finding the ideal university in the United States. Through our extensive personal network, we cooperate with the most prestigious academic and athletic institutions to provide clients with the optimal fit and all-around guidance for further enhancing their academic goals and promoting their athletic talent. Simultaneously, we provide university coaches with access to a hand-picked limited selection of exceptional student-athletes and recommend recruitment tailored to the individual program and institutional demands.
Role Mission
- Passion for recruiting soccer talent
- Provide guidance and insight to prospective student-athletes on personal recruiting process and/or college experience (if applicable)
- Facilitate recruiting based on individual time and demands
Role Requirements
- Current, former college student-athlete or local European soccer coach, athletic director, scout or similar
- Brilliant soccer IQ (tactical & technical)
- Outstanding network and knowledge within German youth, amateur and professional “Fußball” leagues
- Professional attitude and work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, further languages a plus
